Riaan obtained his NHD Civil Engineering from Nelson Mandela University, his CMP qualification from the University of Stellenbosch and is a registered Pr. CM with the SACPCMP. His more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry includes mega-commercial, hotel, hospital, residential, and civil projects. He served as director and managing director in two JSE-listed companies before joining Central Development Projects in 2018. As director, he is jointly responsible for the operational management of CDP.

Gerrie joined Central Development Projects in March 2019 and serves as Commercial Director. He holds a BSc Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of the Free State and an MBA from Business School Netherlands. He has extensive experience in quantity surveying, estimating, and commercial management, with strong expertise in cost control, project delivery, and commercial strategy within the construction industry.

Danie joined Central Development Projects in 2022 after working for several listed and private companies across four countries. He obtained his Ndip in Civil Engineering from CTUT, a CMP qualification from the University of Stellenbosch, and in 2004, he registered as a PrCM with the SACPCMP. During his career spanning more than 25 years, Danie has gained extensive practical and managerial experience in housing, township development, major buildings and structures, civils, roads and earthworks, mining, and project management.
